Your Mission
Run MRT's HR and administrative operations as we grow from 7 to 16 staff in 2026, and turn ad hoc operations into documented, structured systems.

What You Will Do
Run recruitment
Coordinate hiring end to end through our Odoo Recruitment pipeline.
Onboard new hires
30/60/90 plan covering systems, values, and KPI activation.
Maintain records and compliance
Employee records and statutory filings: PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, FIRS PAYE.
Run performance cycles
Quarterly reviews, KPI tracking, current policy documentation.
Supervise Front Desk
Day-to-day office vendor administration and front-of-house oversight.
Oversee maintenance
Office facilities, repairs, equipment, utilities, and the BSS Ltd contract.
What You Must Bring
FCT residency
Be resident in the FCT (Abuja), hybrid with at least 3 days onsite.
Nigerian HR fluency
Practical knowledge of PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, FIRS PAYE, the Labour Act, and NDPR.
Own equipment
Your own laptop and smartphone with reliable internet.
Digital fluency
Comfortable with Basecamp, Odoo, Google Workspace, and YouTube.
Discretion and structure
Trusted with sensitive information; documents processes by default.
What We Offer
Compensation
₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
commensurate with experience
