Be the first person every MRT visitor, caller, and client meets, and run our front-of-house with quiet, consistent discipline.

What You Will Do
Receive and route
Greet visitors, manage calls, and route inquiries to the right team member.
Run front-of-house
Keep reception, meeting rooms, and supplies meeting-ready every morning.
Coordinate logistics
Dispatches, vendors, internal events, and basic facility checks.
Maintain records
Visitor logs, bookings, and front-office records in Odoo and Google Workspace.
Track B (optional)
Support the CEO with calendar, travel coordination, meeting prep, and light correspondence.
What You Must Bring
FCT residency
Be resident in the FCT (Abuja), able to work onsite Monday to Friday.
Clear communication
A clear, professional communicator in spoken and written English.
Own equipment
Your own laptop and smartphone with reliable internet.
Digital fluency
Comfortable with Basecamp, Odoo, Google Workspace, and YouTube.
Discipline
Reliable and punctual. Your colleagues can plan around you.
What We Offer
Compensation
₦100,000/month (Track A)
₦150,000/month (Track B)
